Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our 2nd Annual Brooklake Compassion Cup!

Sponsorships and cash donations help make the event a success by helping to cover some of the overhead costs of running the tournament. This allows for more of the money that is raised during the day to go directly to our "Brooklake Cares" fund and be split equally between three of Brooklake's most impactful outreach ministries: student camps, our community Christmas event: Santa Sunday, and Night to Shine. More details available here: Compassion Cup Homepage

Our golf tournament will be a great opportunity to highlight your business to our golfers and guests the day of the tournament as well as all of our network through social media and/or website recognition. Sponsors will be recognized on signage at the event. Sponsors may also join us for the day by having a staffed table on course to engage with golfers and hand out information or giveaways to golfers throughout the day.

Donations are tax deductible as the law permits, and we will provide a tax acknowledgement letter for your records.

Each sponsorship opportunity could be filled by either a company, an individual, OR a family. If an individual or a family fills a sponsorship, they can choose to include their family picture rather than logo on signage. Another option is to use a dedication message. This would be a great way to honor a loved one or dedicate the sponsorship to children or grandchildren! The options are endless!

Payment by check is preferred to save processing fees. Checks can be turned in or mailed to the church office. If you would like an invoice, for your records, please email fundraising@brooklake.org
