Day of Event Schedule

6:30-7:00am Registration, Coffee/Light Breakfast, Putting Contest

7:00-7:30am Call to Carts, Review of Rules

7:30am-12:30pm Golf Play, Shotgun Start, Scramble Format

12:30pm-1:30pm* Lunch Banquet and Awards Ceremony

(*exact timing is approximate and depends on pace of play)

  • 1 Putting Contest Entry Per Person

If you are unable to find a complete foursome but would like to play, please email fundraising@brooklake.org and we will try to help you find a team!

 

*All ages and abilities are welcome to play in our tournament. However, course rules do not allow anyone under age 18 to drive a golf cart so each foursome must have at least two players over age 18 to be cart drivers.*

 

Where Your Support Goes

All proceeds from the Compassion Cup will be split equally between three of Brooklake’s most impactful ministries:

  • Student Camps - Winter and Summer Camps are life-changing experiences where students encounter Jesus, build lifelong friendships and grow in their faith.  Proceeds from this tournament will go toward our 2026 camps to ensure that finances are never a barrier for a student to attend. 

  • Santa Sunday - Santa Sunday is one of Brooklake’s outreach events where we open our doors to bless our entire community during the holiday season. We are dreaming big for this event and your support helps us create a joyful, welcoming, and hope-filled experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

  • Night to Shine - Night to Shine is a prom-style event celebrating people with special needs, hosted annually at Brooklake. With the Tim Tebow Foundation grant no longer available, funds from the Compassion Cup will help us not only sustain but grow this unforgettable event that honors and uplifts our honored guests and their families.
